Unit History

Unit Photo

Our Unit was formed in 1962 and was one of the first few Police Cadet Corps (PCC) Units in Singapore. Other Units established in that year included Dunman High School PCC Unit and Catholic High School PCC Unit. Since then, our Unit has grown from strength to strength, and has been a consistent performer in the annual Unit Overall Proficiency Award (UOPA) assessment conducted by NPCC Headquarters. In 2003, we were awarded the Gold Award for UOPA.

We believe in moulding our cadets to be resilient and responsible leaders of tomorrow. Being a uniformed group, we expect the highest standards of discipline from our cadets as the basic foundation to character development. Our most outstanding cadets go on to become Cadet Inspectors and Honorary Officers of the Unit, to continue our training traditions and mould future generations of cadets.
