Here is a list of all our past Cadet Leader and NCO Committees. At Secondary Three level, every cadet of the squad is appointed to the Cadet Leaders’ Committee and enter their service year. Their Secondary Four seniors entrusts the training of cadets to them upon leaving the Corps at their Passing-Out Parade. An Investiture is held yearly to induct the Secondary Threes into their Cadet Leaders’ Committee.
In 2008, upon revision of directive from NPCC HQ, Secondary Four cadets are no longer termed “NCOs” or Non-Commissioned Officers, but are instead called Cadet Leaders.
